⚠️ Firebase Not Configured — Running in Demo Mode (localStorage only)

To get real-time sync across ALL devices (required for 800 students):
1. Go to console.firebase.google.com → Create free project
2. Click "Add App" → Web → Copy the config values
3. Open index.html → Find FIREBASE_CONFIG near the top of the script → Paste your values
4. In Firebase Console: Firestore Database → Create database → Start in test mode
5. Redeploy to Cloudflare Pages (just this once!) — then all changes sync forever with zero redeployment.

Demo mode works now but data only saves on this device.
